His live performances range from the deep atmospherics of modern synthesis techniques- to raucous contact miking of natural objects- to smooth modernist electronic beat improvisations.  Dedicated largely to the development of art and sound design, Brainweight stays curious and is inspired by both the beautiful and the ugly. Born near the swamps of Louisiana, Caleb’s sound often calls back to the rich landscape of his homeland.
