Lance Ledbetter (Dust-to-Digital) and Nathan Salsburg (Alan Lomax Archive) work with historic audio collections in an era in which music exists on the internet as “content” and anyone who presents it, shares it, and organizes it qualifies as a “curator.” Ledbetter and Salsburg will discuss their preservation and dissemination efforts, intercut with rare recordings from their respective archives.
