Frank Hurricane is a spiritual blues and folk musician/storyteller from the south and the north. He has been traveling and performing, gathering tales and rolling holy for close to a decade at this point, touring the world and putting out records on Feeding Tube, Ultra Excema, Mystra, Scissortail, and many exceptional independent labels.
NPR Music wrote this about Hurricane’s 2019 release Life Is Spiritual: “The positivity that spins throughout Life is Spiritual oozes an off-kilter charm—Frank Hurricane just wants to love someone, and that includes a batch of juggalos in this winding and weird Appalachian blues tale. Honestly, some of the most open-hearted songwriting I’ve heard in a long time.”
