Charlotte Mundy

DATE, TIME & VENUE DETAILS TBD

Canadian soprano Charlotte Mundy is known for her kaleidoscopic palette of vocal timbres, and fearless, exacting commitment to contemporary music. Her 26-27 season includes the world premiere of Bára Gísladóttir’s Good Vibes Only at the Deutsche Oper Berlin, the world premiere of Suzanne Farrin’s opera, Macabéa at NYC’s Miller Theatre, Steve Reich’s Music for 18 Musicians at the Park Avenue Armory and Reich’s Jacobs Ladder at Carnegie Hall. As a member of TAK and Ekmeles, two of NYC’s foremost new music ensembles, Mundy will perform in Switzerland, Latvia, the Netherlands, Germany, Montreal, and New Orleans.

Her album with Francisco del Pino, The Sea, was named one of the 25 best albums of 2025 by Steve Smith, and the New York Times praised My Mother in Love, with Anna Weesner, as “a singular creation.” Mundy is the soloist on Bekah Simms’ Juno award winning Bestiary I & II
