HYUKOH
HYUKOH is a South Korean band formed in 2014 by four musicians born in 1993: OHHYUK (Vocal & Guitar), HYUNJAE (Guitar), DONGGEON (Bass), and INWOO (Drums). From the beginning, they captured attention with their unrefined emotionality and stripped-down sound, earning the reputation of being a “band you want to keep to yourself.”
Through standout tracks like [Wi Ing Wi Ing] and [TOMBOY], HYUKOH has delicately and intricately portrayed the raw emotions, uncertainty, and yearning for freedom that define youth. Their music has consistently resonated with a generation, evolving to explore deeper themes of love, solidarity, and human connection.
Unbound by genre, HYUKOH’s flexible musical identity and ever-evolving sonic aesthetic have solidified their unique voice in the contemporary music landscape. Each album marks a bold step forward, reinforcing their commitment to artistic growth and reinvention.
Internationally, HYUKOH has built a solid global presence, having performed at major festivals such as Coachella, Summer Sonic, Lowlands, Pukkelpop and the Strawberry Music Festival. Through extensive tours across Asia and Europe and a wide range of collaborations, they continue to expand their cultural reach and
influence.
HYUKOH approaches music as a form of timekeeping-an emotional diary interwoven with visual artistry. Their work is a reflection of their era, shared with listeners through an honest and intentional exchange of feeling and sound.
