Tucker Zimmerman

Across Tucker Zimmerman’s over 50-year career, the octogenarian folk singer-songwriter has maintained a level of obscurity, earning a reputation as one of American folk music’s most underrated talents. Now, with Big Thief as his producers and backing band, he’s released his 11th record, Dance of Love, secured a deal with 4AD, and is earning his long overdue flowers.

Modular synthesizer in hand, Arushi Jain creates compositions inspired by Hindustani classical ragas, re-imagined with the tools and technologies she learned as a synthesist and technologist in the Bay Area. Her latest album, Delights, is a testament to her contemporary and current aesthetic.
