BIG EARS

Norwegian Digital Jazz Festival Holiday Restream

Due to popular demand, we’re replaying the entire series over eight consecutive days during the holidays!

The Norwegian Digital Jazz Festival has been a tremendous success — garnering glowing reviews and acclaim for a truly wonderful series of performances. But the past few weeks have also been pretty crazy for us all — and we’ve received numerous appeals requesting the opportunity to see performances that were missed. So, we’re going to stream the entire series of eight programs featuring 15 outstanding artists and bands (seven double bills + “An Evening with…”).  It all starts on Christmas night, December 25, with pianist Bugge Wesseltoft’s stunningly beautiful and soulful solo piano performance (watch this one and you’ll be hooked for the whole series) and continues through New Year’s Day,  January 1, concluding with Elephant9 and Nils Petter Molvær kicking off 2021. You can find the full schedule and read about all of the artists performing HERE.

The best deal is to purchase a pass for the full series, a great bargain at only $50 (plus service charges). If you have already purchased a pass to the series, you’ll be welcome to watch it all again. If you haven’t, you can purchase one now, or, if you prefer, separate tickets to each evening’s show.

As always, we strongly recommend plugging in — or casting the stream — to your television for the optimal viewing and listening experience.
