Two New Additions to John Zorn’s 70th Birthday Celebration!
BIG EARS’ 10 YEAR CELEBRATION CONTINUES TO GROW!
Last year, John Zorn made his long-anticipated Big Ears debut with an exhilarating, multi-dimensional eight-show residency at the Bijou Theatre. This year, he returns to celebrate his 70th year on the planet with another two-day residency, comprising a completely unique and different set of programs from 2022. Originally, we announced eight shows. Recently, John added two more, bringing the total to ten programs that capture some of the breadth and depth of this iconoclastic composer’s extraordinary body of work. It is, of course, a birthday party – so one might anticipate another surprise or two during the celebration…who knows?
