Welcome Aaron Greenwald, New Managing Director of Big Ears Festival

We’re thrilled to announce that Aaron Greenwald, former Executive Director of Duke Performances, has joined the Big Ears Festival team as Managing Director. Aaron will be working with festival founder and Artistic/Executive Director Ashley Capps — along with the Big Ears team: Producer Mary Ho, Development Director Celine Thackston, and Community Engagement Coordinator Elena Moon Park — on all aspects of festival planning and production. He’s helping us to put the finishing touches on this year’s festival programming, even as we begin to lay the groundwork for the 2021 festival and make strategy for the future of the organization.
