BIG EARS RELEASES DETAILED 2022 FESTIVAL SCHEDULE
We are pleased to release the detailed schedule for the Big Ears Festival March 24 – 27, 2022.
We hope you find the array of concerts and events as exciting and thrilling as we do.
There will be a few additions: two dozen conversations and discussions with festival artists throughout the weekend, some films, two or three new artists, plus the schedule for the Pilot Light, Boyd’s Jig & Reel, and the as-yet-to-be unveiled Jackson Avenue Terminal, all of which will be announced shortly. As you can see, there are some surprises — “secret shows” — that will be revealed via the festival app during Big Ears weekend, to keep us on our toes. Of course, there may be a few necessary changes here and there as the festival planning goes through its final stages.
There are innumerable possible routes as you plan your festival weekend. No two routes—no two festival experiences—will be the same. And, as with all good journeys, there’s always the element of surprise, the joyful unexpected discovery.
