Big Ears Artists Take Home Grammy Awards
At last night’s Grammy ceremony, The Punch Brothers—who headline our rich Appalachian programming at Big Ears 2019—won the Grammy for Best Folk Album for their great All Ashore. Congrats. Big Ears alums Laurie Anderson and Kronos Quartet walked away with the Grammy for “Best Chamber Music/Small Ensemble Performance” for their LP, Landfall. The Crossing also took home a Grammy for Best Choral Performance. Congrats to all the winners!
