Spotlight: Rangda at Big Ears

At the core of Rangda is the power duo of guitar virtuosos Richard Bishop and Ben Chasny, rounded out by explosive drummer Chris Corsano — who has worked with everyone from Bjork to British free-jazz saxophonist Evan Parker. Known for their improvisational blow-outs and psychedelic explorations, Rangda makes riff-heavy records with influences of Indian and Middle Eastern music. The guys have appeared on an astounding 400 albums between the three of them, and we simply can’t wait to see the trio shred at Big Ears.
