As part of yesterday’s new lineup additions, we announced that the drummer Ian Chang would not only be playing with Rafiq Bhatia at Big Ears 2019 but also playing his solo set. We also tried to explain Sensory Percussion, the system of triggers embedded within his drums that allows him to play drums, samples, and a light show at the same time.
