Stéphane, a young Frenchman, crosses Romania in search of an unknown singer : Nora Luca. In the middle of the night, frozen by wind and snow, Stéphane arrives in a deserted village, he falls on Isidore, an old gypsy. The young Frenchman and the old gypsy become friends. Stéphane plays Nora Luca’s song to Isidore who takes it to his house. Stéphane becomes the distinguished host, the whole village adopts him. Sabrina, the wildest and freest young woman of the village, who has lived in Belgium, will be his interpreter. Thanks to Isidore and Sabrina, Stéphane finds gypsy musicians that he records. But it is above all Sabrina, her fiery character, her passion, her sensuality and her total freedom that Stéphane discovers. Through his search for Nora Luca, he was looking for his father, and it was love, a new family and a whole culture that he encountered
